A Hydrobuoy Power Building is a specialised high-rise structure designed to generate renewable energy in urban areas using the innovative Hydrobuoy system. This multi-functional building also offers local community services such as parking, and a rooftop that can feature a community swimming pool, by utilising the connecting stream of water integral to the Hydrobuoy system, and also serve as the upper reservoir. There will be a practical limit to how many Hydrobuoy's one building can maintain, as more than one Hydrobuoy can operate at the same time and share the same resource.  

Hydrobuoy Power Buildings can be integrated into high-rise structures, providing decentralised renewable energy while also offering additional community services such as parking and storage. The flexibility of the system allows for the inclusion of amenities like rooftop pools, enhancing the building's appeal and functionality.
